We do not own, manage, maintain, or control the remote API configurations, remote servers, source databases, or third-party manufacturer tools utilized to perform digital tasks, device unlocking, IMEI checks, or virtual balance routing. We act solely as a wholesale distributor or intermediary agent.
19.2 Defined Working Days & Processing Timelines: Server orders are actively routed and processed through external sources and API networks during official upstream working days, which run from Monday to Thursday only.
Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays are completely excluded from the calculation of order execution periods.
Official public holidays, regional closures, and religious feasts are excluded from processing timelines.
*Illustrative Example:If a specific service requires "7 working days" and the request is submitted on a Thursday, the active processing countdown begins on the following Monday.
19.3 Server Delays & Force Majeure: Delays in order completion may periodically occur due to factors beyond our direct control, including source system updates, API protocol adjustments, maintenance, server traffic overload, or upstream technical infrastructure failures. 19.5 Technician’s Pre-Submission Obligations: The User is strictly and fully obligated to verify that all submitted hardware metrics and terminal string configurations (including IMEI numbers, serial codes, hardware models, carrier networks, and country of origin) are authentic, accurate, and correct before final transmission. Because services operate via automated, high-speed API frameworks, orders cannot be altered, patched, or canceled once submitted to the processing queue. The administration bears zero liability for commercial losses or balance consumption stemming from erroneous user data entry.
