It is not possible to pay out the credit balance, any remaining amount will not be refunded. If the voucher is lost, no replacement is possible. The person presenting the voucher is considered to be the entitled person. The voucher is valid from the time of purchase.

The validity ends 3 years after the end of the calendar year in which the voucher was purchased.
