- download dc-unlocker client https://www.dc-unlocker.com
- connect dongle to PC
- run dc-unlocker client, you will see text like "no activated"
- close dc-unlocker client
- let us know that this job done and then activation will be finalized

Before activation run DC-Unlocker with Dongle connected to initialize Dongle ! After that make activation !
After activation you DO NOT need to update dongle firmware !

Please download Dongle Manager From Here Read Serial Number and apply with correct 8 Digit Serial Number only
